It specilizes in developing and producing semi-conduct equipments with an annaual production over 1.2 billion units. The main products include rectifiers of whole serieses bridge rectifiers and high voltage assenblied rectifiers which are widely used in computer communication aeronautics household electrical appliances automobile and military industry; and are sold in the markets home and abroad with over 60% production being exported.
