Ltd. (hereinafter called Tian Zhong SiTech) a professional manufacturer of production facilities including design fabrication and commission for semiconductor material belongs to Shanghai Tian Zhong Heavy-duty machinery (Group) Co. Ltd. The Tian Zhong Group has more than 1 200 employees including a group of senior professional engineers and managerial and administrative person and it has the products with independent property right and industrial scale production capacity.After careful and deep-going exploration and practice Tian Zhong SiTech has developed serial products of monocrystalline silicon growing equipment with high quality and reliability and carried out batch production. The equipments now have been launched into market.
